The Homeland Security Funding Fight for Immigration

The Obama Administration has given multiple statements to the people saying the Government will now allow for any federal shutdowns… Well folks, funding for the Department of Homeland Security is set to run out on Friday and the two political parts can’t come to an agreement.

Democrats keep denying Republicans proposals because their bill will give the funding Homeland Security needs but at the cost of Obama’s executive action plan being removed – and that’s a cost the Democrats aren’t willing to pay.

Homeland Security employees include TSA agents, Border Patrol, members of Coast Guard and more. The shutdown of Homeland Security could allow potential threats to take action, such as the recent terrorism threat against the Mall of America in Minnesota.

Texas’ Federal Judge ruled against President Obama’s Executive Action on immigration saying that the President overstepped his right with the proposal. However the ruling didn’t affect the Capital Hill officials who believe the judge’s decision will be over ruled.

The Homeland Security funding fight may actually cause a government shutdown. Republicans say Mr. Obama and the Senate Democrats have to learn that their new congressional majority does not give them the power to enforce provisions they do not approve of.

The people want action, how long will it take for the government to implement one?
