Critical Elements to Obama’s Executive Action on Immigration

America’s immigration system is broken and there are hundreds to thousands of innocent refugees being detained in ICE centers and by the Department of Homeland Security, in need of an immigration bail bond. President Obama is pushing for legislation to fix our broken immigration system through his immigration accountability executive actions. 1. Crack down on illegal immigration at the borders- The President’s actions will increase the chances that anyone attempting to cross the border illegally will be caught and sent back, or detained in an ICE detention center and need an immigration bail bond to be released. He is trying to increase the surge of resources that effectively reduce the number of unaccompanied children who are crossing the border illegally. Accountability; Criminal background checks and taxes- This will hold undocumented immigrants who have lived in the U.S. for more than five years and are parents of U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents accountable. Millions of undocumented immigrants will be required to register and pass criminal and national security back ground checks which will make sure they start paying their fair share of taxes
