US Immigration Bonds For Sponsored Family Members

Home » Immigration Help & Resources » US Immigration Bonds For Sponsored Family Members

One of the methods by which a person can travel to and stay in the United States is to receive something called immigration bonds for sponsored family member. There are a number of stipulations that have to be met and immigration laws that must be followed in order for a family member to successfully remain in the US. If the laws are not followed, the person will have to seek out immigration bond services and attend a hearing.

US Immigrations Bonds details those requirements. If you or a loved one has been detained, we recommend you apply for immigration bonds for sponsored family. Our immigration bond service includes same day release.

  • The family member who is sponsoring must be a citizen of good standing in the United States. You cannot sponsor a family member if you are not legal, or if you have any legal issues with the United States. Though not always required, it is recommended that you have your affairs in order and can provide proof of employment, tax information, and any other legal documents that may be requested.
  • The family member who is being sponsored should be an immediate member of your family. This includes a spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21. Illegally bringing family members in to the United States may lead to detainment and the need for immigration bond services. US Immigration Bonds recommends being as truthful as possible with immigration services at all times.
  • Preferred family members may also be sponsored. A preferred family member refers to relatives including brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles, that must be married or over the age of 21. These family members may have a more difficult time immigrating. Again, we recommended being truthful with a member of the US Immigration services. Any perjury may lead to detainment. If you required immigration bonds for sponsored family, call us immediately to begin the process of same day release.

Once a family member has received immigration sponsorship, they must complete the following process:

  • File the I-130 form with fee.
  • File the I-485 form with fee.
  • Keep records of all interactions with immigration services and follow any procedures you are told.

It is best to discuss these procedures with those who have experienced them. If you are thinking of sponsoring a family member who wants to immigrate to the United States you can also seek out the advice of an immigration attorney. US Immigration bonds, an immigration bond service group, can recommend an attorney to anyone who is considering this option.

Read more about the process of immigration bonds for sponsored family at our website and visit the USCIS website for the correct forms and filing procedure.

US immigration bonds were absolutely the best they were super professional. When I was down and out when my husband was detained by immigration they were very caring , knowledgeable, and patient. I called them a thousand times and they were very empathic and helpful everytime I called. they reassures me that everything would be fine, and that they would help me my husband, and my children be reunited again. They did everything they could to get me a same day release. They exceeded my expectations. I would not recommend any company other than US immigration bonds. Us immigration bonds, under promises and over fulfills. They were a true blessing ! Thank you so much again.read more

Jeremy Wolf and his agency have been a terrific resource for me as I delve into this foreign world of bonding a friend out of jail so he and his wife can work on his case on the "outside." Jeremy has been unfailingly polite and informative and his video regarding how to complete the necessary forms was a valuable tool too. The entire process was quick and relatively easy. I especially appreciated not having to deal with a jaded, impatient, figure--it-out-yourself kind of person when I was treading in really unfamiliar territory. My questions were always answered quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend this company in your time of need for quick, efficient and professional service with no attitude or delay.read more

Jeremy Wolf, is compassionate and understanding. He has been there and done it with his own family, and together with his wife they dedicate their time and energy into helping other families come together. I know this because my husband was taken by ICE and his bond was set much higher than I could have imagined, having in my hands at any given time. ... With Jeremy, his wife and the rest of the team we were able to piece together the required 80% and set up a affordable and convient payment plan. It was a grueling process, at times I felt like I was going to loose all my hair, as I ran around selling homemade tamales, and had various other fund raisers going on, along with my husband being detained, I lost my home, my dog and my daughter and I pushed forward with the help and support of Jeremy and his team, if It wasn't for there hours of help and dedication, to put a previous bond for my nephew into action to help my husband, we wouldn't have been able to have him home for the Holidays. ... To Jeremy, Veronica, and Amber, who I spoke with often, and the other parts of the team who I was unable to catch their names, I THANK YOU, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!read more
