US Immigration Bonds & Insurance Services is a company that offers one of the cheapest immigration bonds in the country. They help get loved ones bonded out of immigration detention centers nationwide. There are over 180 immigration detention centers in the United States and they are usually located a long way away from any major city. Some of these centers house several thousand detainees at a time. They mix aliens who have committed crimes with immigrants who have no criminal record.

At US Immigration Bonds, we are familiar with the process of getting a loved one out of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainment through immigration bond services. Here is a look inside immigration detention centers and what the conditions are actually like for those immigrants who are being detained.

The physical surroundings of the detention centers can be very similar to prisons, which causes a very stressful and depressing atmosphere. Men and women are generally housed separately, but there are some detention facilities that allow families to be housed together. Until you are approved to be released on an immigration bond or you are permitted the right to stay in America, you will not know how long you will be detained. You will need to focus on building a strong application for your defense. Try to find ways to get moral support from visitors, other detainees, your lawyer if you have one, or by any means possible.

All detainees are treated the same no matter their legal background. Living conditions can be very difficult. Immigrants are more than likely transported to detention centers in handcuffs and even shackles. You will not be permitted to bring any personal belongings and you will be assigned a bed. Guards at the detention centers only refer to you by the number assigned to you or your alien registration number.

Detainees are required to wear jumpsuit uniforms and are guarded by guards in uniform, much like a prison. Individuals who are detained are not allowed to move freely of their own accord and their privacy is very limited. Guards at immigration detention centers perform “counts” throughout the day, and during these “counts”, detainees are required to be by their assigned beds. During these times, detainees are not permitted to meet with visitors. Another note: if the detainee has a visitor or meeting with their immigration attorney during meal time, they may not get provided with food until the next meal time.

Life inside the immigration detention centers is much like a prison and illegal immigrants have very limited rights. If you or a loved one are being detained in America and are in need of an immigration bond for release, you should contact US Immigration Bonds immediately for guaranteed same day release.

US immigration bonds were absolutely the best they were super professional. When I was down and out when my husband was detained by immigration they were very caring , knowledgeable, and patient. I called them a thousand times and they were very empathic and helpful everytime I called. they reassures me that everything would be fine, and that they would help me my husband, and my children be reunited again. They did everything they could to get me a same day release. They exceeded my expectations. I would not recommend any company other than US immigration bonds. Us immigration bonds, under promises and over fulfills. They were a true blessing ! Thank you so much again.read more

Jeremy Wolf and his agency have been a terrific resource for me as I delve into this foreign world of bonding a friend out of jail so he and his wife can work on his case on the "outside." Jeremy has been unfailingly polite and informative and his video regarding how to complete the necessary forms was a valuable tool too. The entire process was quick and relatively easy. I especially appreciated not having to deal with a jaded, impatient, figure--it-out-yourself kind of person when I was treading in really unfamiliar territory. My questions were always answered quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend this company in your time of need for quick, efficient and professional service with no attitude or delay.read more

Jeremy Wolf, is compassionate and understanding. He has been there and done it with his own family, and together with his wife they dedicate their time and energy into helping other families come together. I know this because my husband was taken by ICE and his bond was set much higher than I could have imagined, having in my hands at any given time. ... With Jeremy, his wife and the rest of the team we were able to piece together the required 80% and set up a affordable and convient payment plan. It was a grueling process, at times I felt like I was going to loose all my hair, as I ran around selling homemade tamales, and had various other fund raisers going on, along with my husband being detained, I lost my home, my dog and my daughter and I pushed forward with the help and support of Jeremy and his team, if It wasn't for there hours of help and dedication, to put a previous bond for my nephew into action to help my husband, we wouldn't have been able to have him home for the Holidays. ... To Jeremy, Veronica, and Amber, who I spoke with often, and the other parts of the team who I was unable to catch their names, I THANK YOU, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!read more
